S1.2 C Automatic Ceramic Machine – Conforming Module
The clay pot industry has different types of design requirements. Usually, automatic press machines are able to do the overall shape of the clay pot and then operators manually shape the ceramic part until the required design.
NS Ceramic Machine Division included on the last press machine project a Conforming Module on the S1.2 Automatic Clay Pot Machine (check the last post about this machine: https://nsceramicmachinery.com/s1-2-automatic-ceramic-presses/).

After the S1.2 Machine where the clay pot is created, the conforming module secures the part with suction and removes the excess of clay on the extremity of the pot.

Then the part is inserted in a form where the shaping press will make a small distortion on the sides of the clay pot.

The clay pots are now ready for an inspection from the operator and for other production stages.
