Closed-Concept Design
The HES200 boasts a closed-concept design that prioritizes operator safety, ideal for industrial settings with frequent human-machine interaction.
Light Barriers and Automatic In/Out Tray
Equipped with light barriers and an automatic in/out tray system, the HES200 ensures safety and efficiency. The optical sensors of the light barriers monitor movement within the machine, triggering necessary actions to enhance precision and safety. The automatic tray system simplifies the removal of finished products, reducing manual labor and minimizing hazards.
Forming Press
The vertical steel mold system ensures high productivity and consistency. The strong press construction and servo-driven gear mechanism apply precise pressure on the rotating male mold, enhancing production flexibility with quick mold changes and short change-over times.
Finishing Station
An independent station equipped with three tools—a finishing knife for excess clay removal, a finishing roller, and a forming roll/stamp—ensures smooth and precise finishing. The station allows for fast tool adjustments even during operation and maintains a clean work area with a vacuum system for clay excess removal.
Touch Screen Control Panel
The intuitive touchscreen control panel allows for accurate and easy machine control, available in multiple languages. This panel controls every function, together or individually, and includes production management software providing detailed statistics and graphics on performance and output. The system also supports program storage and is prepared for long-distance monitoring.
MQL Lubrication (Optional)
Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) technology precisely lubricates both male and female molds, reducing waste and keeping the working area clean.
Automatic Clay Cutting (Optional)
The machine can automatically cut clay to specific dimensions as defined on the control panel, eliminating the need for operator intervention.
